I’m Euvrard Loubser, a film and commercial editor based in Cape Town, South Africa. With over a decade of experience in post-production, I’ve worked across commercials, branded campaigns, documentaries and feature films. My work focuses on shaping story, performance and rhythm — building edits that feel natural, cinematic and emotionally grounded.

Alongside editing, I’ve spent many years working on set as an on-set editor and digital imaging technician. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the filmmaking process from capture through to final delivery, allowing me to collaborate closely with directors and cinematographers throughout production.

My passion for storytelling began early, inspired by film, music, literature and graphic novels. Over time I’ve developed a strong instinct for pacing, visual language and narrative flow — always looking for the subtle moments that bring a story to life.

Collaboration sits at the centre of my process. I aim to create a calm, open editing environment where directors, producers and agencies can explore ideas freely and shape the best version of their story.

I work both remotely and from my studio in Cape Town, and regularly collaborate with a trusted network of post-production specialists across editing, colour and sound when projects require it. Alongside commercial work, I’m increasingly focused on narrative and independent film projects.
